Our mission

To encourage and support Catholics to do good (for themselves/stakeholders/the Church/society) by turning their skills and passions into successful (not-)for-profit enterprises.

Our offer

  1. Catholic?
  2. Considering - or in the early years of - founding a new enterprise? (enterprise = a business /professional firm /social enterprise /charity)

Would you like to?

  1. be introduced to other Catholics who are also building their own enterprises; and/or
  2. be introduced to Catholics who have founded or helped grow successful enterprises, and
  3. receive either: one-off guidance from these leading entrepreneurs and advisors, or more sustained mentoring from them?

Overview of Enterprising Catholics

Connecting aspiring and early-stage Catholic entrepreneurs with advice, mentoring, and peer support

What?

  • A free advice, mentoring, and peer-support introduction scheme for all Catholics interested in (co-)founding an enterprise (a business, professional firm, social enterprise, or a charity).

Why?

  • To encourage and support Catholics to do good (for themselves/stakeholders/the Church/society) by turning their passions into successful (not-)for-profit enterprises.

Who do we connect?

  1. Catholic mentees contemplating entrepreneurship or who are in the early stages of (co-)founding their (not-)for-profit enterprise, with
  2. Catholic mentors who have ‘been there and done that’ and want to help, and/or
  3. Other Catholic mentees who are looking for peer-support as they also establish their enterprises.

How?

  1. A mentor and mentee are matched and then introduced by email.
  2. They then have - while Covid-19 persists - a one-off ‘Zoom-type’ one-to-one call (30-60 mins) whereby the mentor listens and offers guidance.
  3. If both parties are interested in developing a mentor/mentee relationship, they are encouraged to do so - e.g. one call (30-60 mins) per month for 6 months.
